Payment & Refund Policy

All prices for courses and materials on the platform are priced in US dollars. If your credit or bank card is linked to a currency other than the US dollar, the final fees will be calculated according to the exchange rate in effect on the day your card issuer processes the transaction and the exchange rate is determined by your card issuer.
We accept the following payment methods:
Through authorized agents in the countries or through credit cards, VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, Paypal, Apple Pay, Google pay.
When you choose electronic payment, the item will appear immediately in your account on the user page “within minutes after successfully completing the payment process,” and you will receive an email containing the details of your order and a receipt for the amount paid.
When you choose to subscribe through agents and accreditors, the material will appear in your account after completing the transfer procedures, contacting customer service, and processing your request.
If you participate in a live introduction course in an electronic hall (Zoom), the link to the hall will be sent to your email one hour before the course starts. All credit card payments are subject to validation and authorization by the issuer. If the credit card issuer declines payment, we will not be responsible for any delay or non-delivery. The Site will cancel your order and contact you for an alternative method of payment. The details on the credit card used to make the payment must match the cardholder's precise identity information as held by the issuer.
Payment will be debited and settled from your account upon completion of the order. You confirm that the credit/debit card used is yours or that you are specifically authorized by the credit card owner to use it. Any credit card details will not be stored, sold, shared or rented to any third party except the online payment gateway service provider.
If the participant withdraws from participating in the courses held live on Zoom, the subscription amount will be returned to him, minus the transfer commission amounts, provided that he informs customer service on WhatsApp at least 48 hours before the course start date. Otherwise, the customer is not entitled to recover the subscription amount for the course. The platform does not bear responsibility for the personal reasons and circumstances of the customer. The trainee is not entitled to recover the money in any of the following cases:
  • The platform has the right to change any of the terms and conditions or add and amend them, and in the event of any change in some of the policies or procedures followed, this change applies to all current and previous subscriptions without referring to the subscribers, and the platform is committed to publishing any amendment or addition on this page.
  • The trainer has the right to benefit from synchronizing the programs on the platform, or upload his own programs.
  • The student has the right to receive the entire course material, save it in a way that suits him, and review it whenever he wants.
  • The subscriber is obligated to register the correct data and information when registering and subscribing, such as (full name, country, email address, and mobile number), and please update the data in the event of any change.
  • The training course material requires that the participant have a good connection to the Internet in order to easily receive the course material.
